Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. No questions asked.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare.
No-Show
If your driver arrives and the passenger cannot be contacted, the full fare will be charged as a no-show fee.
Flight Delays & Changes
We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup is automatically adjusted at no charge. For flight cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule without a fee.
