Passengers arriving from abroad clear immigration and customs before baggage claim. This can add 30 to 90 minutes. We track your landing time and plan your pickup around it — you never pay extra for customs delays.

Connecting between terminals

In addition, the free Skyway train connects the terminals inside security. If you change terminals for a connecting flight, allow extra walking and train time.

Construction at IAH

IAH is being redeveloped, including the new international terminal and the Terminal B rebuild. Signs and walkways may change — follow airport signage and your driver's directions.
